SSO (Azure Entra) - some users unable to see all tenants when logged in despite being in Users screen for all tenants.

We have received reports of a rare issue where individual Azure Entra users may not be able to see all tenants after logging in.

Issue

Some users with SSO have reported that they are unable to see all tenants, even though when their access is reviewed in the Users list they are active and their roles and licenses should give them access to all tenants. 

In affected cases, the user has become distinct from themself because a password has been somehow set against 1 of the users. (Even though Azure Entra SSO users do not have passwords.)

 

Workaround

Contact your support partner so they can have a case raised under CE00050410.
