Substantiated Billing – Consolidated (PM650050) uses AU date formatting (DD/MM/YYYY) the output (report PDF) uses a US date formatting (MM/DD/YYYY)

Issue

Substantiated Billing - Consolidated is a regular screen which uses Substantiated Billing report behind the scenes where it loads the report and passes the parameters. However, wrong date format is transferred to the report
