Superannuation payment method changed after upgrading

When you upgrade to a version that supports multi-company Pay Super, the payment method for some Pay Super batches changes to SuperStream Alternative File format (SAFF) – specifically, batches with a status of Created, Submitted or Approved.

If you haven't upgraded yet, we recommend that you deal with open batches before upgrading by completing or deleting them. For more details, see Setting up for multi-company Pay Super.
