The materials were not shown on the Material Wizard 2 form for a production order linked to a project if the Project-Specific Inventory feature was disabled

If the Project-Specific Inventory feature was disabled on the Enable/Disable Features (CS100000) form, and a user clicked the Release Materials command on the Production Order Maintenance (AM201500) form for a production order linked to a project, the system did not display any materials on the Material Wizard 2 (AM300020) form even though sufficient stock was available
