Issue

This error can occur when an Entitlement Accrual Pay Item has been removed from the Standard Pay of one or more employees included in the Expense Allocation.

The current error message does not identify which employee or pay item is causing the issue. This limitation is under investigation by our Product team.

Workaround

If required, Support can run a diagnostic query to identify the affected employee(s) and pay item(s).
