Unable to set Tax zone for Business Accounts Prospects (CR303000)

Issue 
In the Business Accounts is the field Tax Zone. This can be edited if the account is a customer.

If this field is not maintained, no tax will be calculated in the opportunity and in the sales quote

The field should therefore be editable at the business account level and transferred to the customer

Manually set Tax Zone
