Unpublishing superannation batch customisations

If you use Pay Super and you’re upgrading to a version that supports multi-company Pay Super, make sure you unpublish any old customisations for the Create Superannuation Batch screen before upgrading.

You can unpublish customisations on the Customization Projects form (SM204505).

If you leave these customisations published, the new multi-company Pay Super workflow might not work properly. That’s because the customisations were built for the older version of the screen.

Example customisations to unpublish include:

  • MYOBSuperBatchSpeedFix2.zip
  • MYOB.AdvancedLive.PaySuperAdjustmentPairingBypass.zip

If you’ve already upgraded

If multi-company Pay Super isn’t working properly after the upgrade:

  1. Unpublish the old customisation on the Customization Projects form (SM204505).
  2. Go to Payroll Preferences > Pay Superannuation.
  3. Review the Company Super Preferences.
  4. Save the screen.
  5. Try creating the batch again.

If it still doesn’t work, contact your MYOB partner or MYOB Support.
