Status: As at 1.30pm NZST 19/2/2026 the fix has been applied, however this may take up to 48hours to propagate through mail services

Issue

WFM password reset email or onboarding email not being received. This is specifically with hotmail.com email addresses

 

Workaround

  1. Changing the username to another non-hotmail email address if possible
  2. If urgent access is needed please contact support referencing ADV-75762 and they can assist with a Password reset to be shared via a secure link
