Issue :  When inventory was recalculated on the Recalculate Inventory (IN505000) form with the Rebuild Item History Since option selected, the quantities might not have been fully corrected and could become inconsistent after repeated recalculations. As a result, the system could display inaccurate quantities in the Sale field on the Historical Inventory Balance (IN616000)form.
