Bankfeeds - in 23.1.300+ new feed applications swap to "Failure -  Unknown" when they should be displaying a status of "In Progress"

Issue

When applying for new bank feeds, feeds that are successfully being processed will sometimes appear as failed with an incorrect code.

This may present as applications "Disappearing" from the Track Bank Feeds screen unexpectedly.

Feeds are incorrectly reporting a "Failure - Unknown" status when they should be reporting a status of "Onboarded".


Feeds at this status will almost always complete within a couple of days when MYOB first receives data for those accounts.

 

Workaround

Check the Track Cancelled Bank Feed Applications screen (MBCA2025) 
And refresh feed statuses manually by pressing the REFRESH button on that screen.  

If this doesn't resolve the "Failure - Unknown" status and it has been more than 5 days since initial application submission, please contact your support partner.
