Sometimes when you're trying to reset your password, you might not get emailed any instructions.
This happens if try using the purple Secure Authentication button despite normally using the green Sign in button. It means no two-factor authentication (2FA) account exists for the email address you’re using.
To fix it, sign in to MYOB Acumatica the way you normally do (using the green Sign in button) and follow the instructions to sign up for a new MYOB 2FA account. Make sure the email address on your User Profile matches the email address you’re using to sign up for MYOB 2FA.
