SM207060 Extend Web Service Endpoint to expose Transactions for Period (GL633000) screen, raises error “The given key was not present in the directory"

When adding the GL633000 report to the Web Service Endpoints, it fails with the error : The given key was not present in the dictionary. This does not happen on other reports.
