SO correction invoice can be released bypassing cancellation credit memo creation

Reference: ADV-82157

Issue:  Releasing a correction invoice outside SO303000 (e.g., via a business event action subscriber targeting AR301000) skips creation of the cancellation credit memo. The original invoice stays Open with IsUnderCorrection = 1. Pay fails with error. Cancel and correct actions are disabled.
