      Using one 2FA account with several MYOB software products

      You can use one MYOB two-factor authentication (2FA) account to sign in to many MYOB products:

      • MYOB Acumatica

      • MYOB Business

      • MYOB AccountRight

      • MYOB Practice

      If your email address is already being used for 2FA for one of these other products, follow the instructions to sign up for a new MYOB 2FA account, but when you get to the Sign in to MYOB screen, click Log in and sign in that way.

      This associates your MYOB 2FA account with your MYOB Acumatica user. You can now use the purple Secure Authentication button to sign in.

      MYOB Acumatica — Workforce Management uses a separate account from the rest of MYOB Acumatica.
